I had the opportunity to work closely with a great friend, fly fisher and photographer, Brett Colvin. We collaborated on an article in the July issue of ThisIsFly. The topic is on Photography and how to avoid the "Grip & Grins". Let me know what you think. I hope you enjoy the photography and article. There is a lot of information packed into the article in just a few pages but I feel it will help anyone out that is interested in taking better photographs.

I didn't get a chance to read the article....and honestly might not since it seems more photography based, but I enjoyed the pictures as always. It must have been fun working together on that. I agree with Al Beaty (i think it was him), you guys are going to get more stuff like this!
y'all did a GREAT job with this article, jay & brett. and i think it is an important contribution that a lot of angler-shutterbugs will really appreciate.
